Polyclar Brewbrite is a granulated is a composition of food grade kappa carrageenan and specially modified polyvinylpolypyrrolidone (PVPP) used to clarify wort and to stabilise beer. Polyclar Brewbrite should be added to kettle 5-15 minutes before the end of the boil, typical rates is 150ppm. The benefits of using Polyclar Brewbrite include:
